James O’Regan

James has a broad commercial dispute resolution practice.  He has experience across a broad range of areas including contracts, construction and infrastructure, joint venture disputes, consumer and competition law, and professional negligence.  Called to the Bar in 2007, James has acted in a range of courts, arbitral bodies, expert determinations, commissions of inquiry, administrative tribunals, and in mediations.
